We really enjoy singing and performing!
Our calendar of events includes annual concerts and soirées.
Singing at choral@montsalvat in Eltham in May is always a joy. And we love taking part in other festivals like the ANCA Community choirs choral festival and the Ashburton and Surrey Hills music festivals.
Occasionally we compete at Victorian choral eisteddfods such as Knox, Booroondarra and Waverley. We perform at aged care facilities and really love being engaged to sing at weddings!
We have performed joint concerts with Grainger Wind Ensemble, The Vocal Consort, and Aspiration in Harmony.
Over recent years we have enjoyed collaborating with and performing works by Australian composers Lorraine Milne, Tom Henry, Warren Lenthall, and Meena Shamal.
Repertoire
Our large (and expanding!) repertoire includes a wide variety of sacred and secular music, including masses. spirituals, madrigals and contemporary works.
